Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HRM functions including manpower planning, talent management , recruitment and selection , training and development , compensation and benefits and performance management.
  • To establish and maintain the HR Policies and procedures to ensure the Internal controls are maintained.
  • Align HR strategies and initiatives in supporting the Company’s  business objectives and goals
  • Communicate changes in policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed
  • Work closely with various business units to provide HR support
  • Manpower budgeting and cost management
  • Oversea the complete payroll function from monthly payroll processing/approval, monthly statutory payments to yearly income tax reporting
  • Responsible for formulating and ensuring consistent HR policies and practices in line to business needs and in accordance with labor  legislation
  • Work closely with training department to identify training needs and to satisfy organizational competence and support to produce best practice learning programs
  • Investigates grievances and /or complains from employees for  the purpose of reaching resolutions that provide healthy work environment

Position Requirements

  • Any Graduate and related education set
  • Age between 30 years and 40 years
  • Minimum5 years of related experience
  • Conversational in English including written and oral
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel and Power Point) and HR Software
  • Ability to work productivity in a fast pace environment with deadlines
  • Must have strong leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of current HR practices, programmes and applicable laws
  • English is a must
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal communication and highly confidence professional skill
  • Work efficiency and affected manner under pressure.
